Short, connected passes in the midfield. A forward that creates chances from pure hustle (BJ). I'll even say that Gregor looked good. It was an entertaining match and it gives me hope that we played that well (for a while) in the house of the best team in the league. Because you won't hear anyone else admit it .... I'm "OFF the Taka bandwagon" until further notice. He doesn't have the speed to get by defenders, he relies on an initial quick step, or slight "juke" and hopes he can get a good look at the goal for a shot. The forward position might not be right for him on our squad. BJ looks like a man on fire! I hope there is a way to keep him on because I doubt Totori can look as good when he gets healthy. And Brown looks good at midfield, he had a great game, I thought. We are a mid table team right now ... with the potential for much higher. I would start the same 11 as this match (if possible) ... because I think we found what works. Let's stop this "experimentation" phase, as the season is almost half over and last night showed some promising stuff ... regardless of the result.
