I think Keita looks quite ordinary and lacks technical prowess to be a top scorer in the league. Thompson is a better choice at right back simply because he has more strength and athleticism--something especially this league requires. Better that Keel got dropped from this lineup, not one for me as he look out of sync with the others in the backline all the time.

Wow, what a relief! I'd nearly forgotten what goals and wins felt like. And a midfield that can string together passes!!!

We're definitely winning the league.

Good match, and great play especially from Scot, Farber, Danso and Pore. I agree that I'd give man of match honors to Farber. He was everywhere, right up until the end. I've come around in the Scot-and-Nishimura debate - Thompson is too good not to start. Nishimura has the flexibility to play back or mid, and I'd like to see the two playing together a bit. Keita on the other hand ... I'm not sure it matters who he plays alongside. He just hasn't shown much at all so far.

Scot Thompson played brilliant tonite at the back! And thank goodness Suzuki wasn't in, much better, free flowing football instead of the hold up play we saw in the first two games, our offensive thrust was bang on...

good report. thought the team looked sharp. much more technical than last year. would like us to be better in air but that feels like a nit. and with all the new faces i am surprised chemistry has come so quickly.
