While wondering what the starting line up might be like on last Thursday, I wasn't all that surprised that Gavin stuck with what seemed to be his more experienced group last week. I wouldn't be surprised to see the starters the same as Bob outlined. We might see Higgins over on the right instead of Olum, with Little getting the left mid nod. Or perhaps squeeze Higgins into the middle for Poltl and Little outside? Also think with the Seattle game on Sat, that we see more subs and earlier.

Looked at the Sounders blog, then I threw up a little.

Does MLS really think that Seattle will draw like they did for Real Madrid vs. DC United or Mexico vs. China? Wake up and smell the Starbucks! Oklahoma City Flounders FC in 2010!

I agree with Lucas - the team looked decent last week, but not so good that another pair of fresh legs wouldn't have helped. But the good strategy is any strategy that wins the match, and he did that. Let's see Bryan Little come on again. That lineup looks about right, from my limited knowledge of the side. It was nice to see that my first impression of Poltl from the preseason was probably just a fluke.

Oh, and if Gavin makes a lineup change tomorrow, my bet would be that the strongest possibility is Little for Higgins.

Gimhae FC is my new favorite unknown, second division, S. Korean team. Awesome job ending the long trip in style!

I would like to see Kiki start against his old team and have Olum come on as a late sub. I suspect/hope we'll see Gavin use more than just the one sub he used against PR.
