I was referencing the perception of some people who narrowly view Portland as being west of the Willamette and who haven't been to Lents recently to see what is actually happening there. Felony Flats?" Lents is an urban renewal district, so there's already a ton of money pouring into the neighborhood. The city likes the stadium idea because it makes their jobs a whole lot easier.
